3 — Why I don’t see the blue text boxes on my computer?
A different PDF app or internet browser might be installed on your device. Or, your PDF app has different settings configured you’re unaware of.
If you encounter some of the common issues listed below, keep in mind to always check the app settings if something doesn’t look right.
Some PDF apps or internet browsers might display fillable text boxes in a different color, which may cause the product doesn’t look as seen in the product images.
Some PDF apps or internet browsers might display fillable text boxes 100% transparent, making them invisible, but they still work fine.
Some PDF apps or internet browsers might display additional frames around fillable text boxes, making them look “weird”.
Some PDF apps or internet browsers might display fillable text boxes only when you hover them over with a mouse.
Some PDF apps or internet browsers might print the colored text boxes.
Some internet browsers might not let you fill out the form online, so download the form to your device.
Some online, too basic, and out-of-date PDF apps might not read the fillable PDF forms, so double-check what app you’re using or email us to request a sample.
To resolve any of the above issues, check the display and print options in your PDF app or internet browser settings. Also, check their features to ensure they can read fillable PDF forms.
