Product License
At REALTY KIOSK we want to support all real estate professionals, private sellers, and other creatives (all identified as “Customer”) not restrict them and so we offer fair product licensing terms.
As business owners and creatives, we know that you value integrity and so we ask all of our Customers to respectfully uphold the terms and conditions as listed below. As entrepreneurs and creatives, we can all agree that there’s nothing worse when you see your work being used without your consent or in terms that you didn’t originally specify.
Nobody wants to wade through pages of complex legal jargon and worry unnecessarily about what you can and cannot do with purchased products. Time is precious and we wouldn’t want you to waste yours. So, in plain English, you’ll find our product usage terms and conditions below.
Overview
Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, limited-use Standard License.
Products and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the content remain exclusively with the content author DAS KIOSK LTD. The purchase of any product does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
The following terms apply to all purchases as well as the free products.
Customers may:
Use the products for personal use both online and in print.
Use the products for your business marketing print and digital materials, website, social media, etc., and you don’t need to credit when you do.
Use the products to create digital downloads for your business, such as opt-in freebies for your clients like guides, presentations, e-books, PDFs, worksheets, etc.
Edit the products in any way that you wish - add your name, company info, logo, change text, fonts, colors, etc. Feel free to get creative.
Use the products an unlimited amount of times for marketing purposes of your real estate business or advertising private listings (FSBO).
Use the products once for commercial projects if you are a graphic designer selling services to your clients.
Customers may not:
Claim the products as your own. DAS KIOSK LTD owns the original rights to the products and as a Customer, you are agreeing to simply use the products in the ways outlined in these terms.
Re-distribute, sell, relicense, sub-license, or lend the products to third parties in any way. Not even a little bit. A great deal of time and love goes into creating these products so please do respect us as creators, the work that goes into creating the artwork, and the generous support that we provide.
Transfer membership or login credentials to a third party, even if it’s a client, customer, or business partner. If you wish to do this, please get in touch with us directly at hello@realty-kiosk.com so we could handle the request in a proper manner.
Use the products to promote or sell other products, services, or resources because nobody likes false advertising.
Use the products to promote illegal activity, pornography, or to spread negative messages. Just no. Let’s keep things above board and positive.
Use the products in larger-scale projects (such as apps and software or integrate them into products with lifetime sales of over 100 units (whether digital or physical)). Please feel free to get in touch to enquire about Extended License options at hello@realty-kiosk.com.
If you violate any of the terms listed above, we have the right to take all the necessary legal actions. In such a case, if you hold a subscription to our products, it will be terminated with immediate effect without a refund.
Q&A
Do I have to credit when using products?
Nope, you don’t have to credit when you use any of our products (but if you wish to, that would be so nice and it will surely put a smile on our face).
I am a real estate professional, can I use the products unlimited times?
Yes, whether you are an independent or affiliated agent, Realtor, or broker you may download and use the products for your business as many times as you want for both print and online.
I am a private seller, homeowner, or landlord, can I use the products for advertising my property?
Yes, you may use the products for personal use as many times as you wish.
I am a graphic designer, can I use products for my own real estate client?
Yes, if you are a graphic designer and wish to use a product to speed up your workflow with your real estate client, please note that you are permitted to use the products as long as the design is for one end client or project and the product has been modified as part of the design. For example, you may edit the content in any way for your client but you are not permitted to resell or redistribute the template as an end product for multiple customers and clients or pass the original product file(s) as you had downloaded it onto your client (only the final design).
Can I use your products to create derivative products to sell or distribute?
By purchasing, you agree not to resell or distribute the products as they are to earn money out of that action.
If you are a real estate professional or private property seller, you may use the products for your marketing purposes in print and online as outlined in these terms.
If you are a graphic designer, you may not use the products to resell or distribute them as your own. For example, a color tweak or font change does not mean you can pass off the designs to sell or share.
If you are a business, blogger, or marketer targeting real estate professionals, you may not use the products to resell or distribute them as your own. For example, a color tweak or font change does not mean you can pass off the designs as your own or use them for your marketing or advertising purposes.
Can I use products as a part of the real estate marketing software or app?
If you’re thinking big and want to use our products in larger-scale projects (such as apps and software or integrate them into products with lifetime sales of over 100 units (whether digital or physical)).
