Dear Realtors, in today’s post, I’ll explain how to start planning your real estate business journey with a simple example. You already know the basics but in case you got lost or confused about how to set your real estate goal, it means you didn’t implement that simple principle right from the start.

Top 3 Realtors’ misconceptions

M1 — I started a real estate business today - I’ll figure it all out tomorrow.

Unfortunately, if you don’t have a clear business goal set first, your business will cost you more money and drain out more energy from you.

M2 — My goal is a successful real estate brand - I’ll know I’m there when I reach it.

“A successful business” is just an outworn phrase - not a goal that will assure you success.

M3 — If I spend 80% of my time creating ingenious marketing tricks - it will work out eventually.

Actually, spending 80% of your time on creating content will only burn you out - it will not convert quality leads.
